Sanitary and hygienic behavioural standards
- Stay in your accommodation if you have symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 (mainly fever and dry cough, but also muscle aches and pains, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat or diarrhoea, loss/decrease in sense of smell, loss of taste). If this occurs, inform the local health and reception staff at once.

Avoid close or personal contact.
- Avoid close contact (handshakes, hugging, etc.).
Coughing and sneezing - Cough and sneeze while covering your nose and mouth with handkerchiefs or the elbow crease; handkerchiefs should preferably be made of paper and should be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste in a closed waste bin.
Wear masks over your nose and mouth.
- Wear face masks for everyone in transit areas. Do not wear a mask when entering the water.
- Respect the distance between people of at least 1 metre in all places and circumstances: on the obligatory routes, when using the showers, in the changing rooms, the toilets, the playground, the solarium, etc.
- Avoid the mixed use of objects such as swimming caps, towels, slippers, etc.
Parents or guardians must ensure that the children also respect interpersonal distance.
Sanitary behaviour of bathers in the pool
To ensure that the spread of SARS-CoV-2 infection is prevented, the behavioural obligations already in force are reiterated:

Before entering the bathwater, shower your whole body thoroughly with soap. -
The use of a bathing cap is compulsory. - Strict hygiene measures are recommended: spitting, urinating in the water and blowing your nose are forbidden. -
Please take your children to the toilet before entering the pool and use nappies for younger children. - Reservation required
Also:
- It is forbidden to sit on the edge of the pool. - It is forbidden to wear a mask when entering the water. - If you use goggles or masks, please wash them thoroughly with soap and water before use.
Health and hygiene behaviour of bathers on the beach
- Stay in your accommodation if you have symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 (mainly fever and dry cough, but also muscle aches and pains, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat or diarrhoea, loss/decrease in sense of smell, loss of taste). In this case, please inform the local reception and medical staff immediately.
It is necessary to bring your own bag.
- Please bring a mask with you. The use of a mask is compulsory in closed rooms and in the presence of people who are not members of the same crew.
- Clients who wish to go to the beach using their own equipment must respect a distance of 12 square metres between umbrellas (3x4 mesh)
- Group/team games are forbidden
- Respect the distance of 1 metre between people
- Always avoid crowds
