Hygienic-behavioral rules
• Stay at your accommodation / accommodation if you have symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 (mainly fever and dry cough, but also soreness and muscle pain, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat or diarrhea, loss / decrease of smell , loss of taste). In this case, notify the reception and local health staff immediately. • Avoid close or close contacts (handshakes, hugs, etc.). • Cough and sneeze covering the nose and mouth using tissues or the crease of the elbow; the tissues should preferably be made of paper and be disposed of as unsorted waste in a closed bin. • Wear face masks for everyone in the transit areas. Prohibition to wear the mask when entering the water. • Respect the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter in every place and circumstance: in the mandatory routes, when using the showers, in the changing rooms, in the toilets, in the playground, in the solarium, etc. • Avoid the promiscuous use of objects such as a cap, towel, slippers, etc. • Parents or guardians must guarantee respect for interpersonal distancing also by children.

Hygienic-sanitary behavior by bathers in the swimming pool
To guarantee the contrast to the spread of the infection from SARS-CoV-2, the behavioral obligations already in force are confirmed: • Before entering the bath water, provide a thorough soapy shower over the whole body. • The use of a swimming cap is mandatory. • Strict adoption of hygiene measures is recommended: spitting, urinating in water, blowing your nose is prohibited. • Take care to bring the children to the toilet before putting them in the tub and use the containing diaper for the little ones. Moreover: • It is forbidden to sit on the poolside. • It is forbidden to wear the mask when entering the water. • In the event that glasses or masks are used, wash them thoroughly with soap and water before use.
Hygienic-sanitary behavior by bathers on the beach
 
• Stay at your accommodation / accommodation if you have symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 (mainly fever and dry cough, but also soreness and muscle pain, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat or diarrhea, loss / decrease of smell , loss of taste). In this case, notify the reception and local health staff immediately.
• It is necessary to bring the mask with you. The use of the mask is mandatory in closed rooms and in the presence of people not belonging to the same crew.
• Customers who intend to go to the beach using their equipment must respect a distance of 12 square meters between umbrellas (3x4 mesh)
• Group / team games are prohibited
• Respect the distance of 1 meter between people
• Always avoid gatherings

We will start with bookings on Monday 7th December. You are welcome to ask any information or to contact us in our office within our opening time which is from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 17.00. E-mails reaching us outside normal working ours will be answered as soon as possibile.
